CHERI'S CRAB MOLD 
1 cream cheese, 8 oz.
3-4 green onions, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
2 cans crabmeat (no juice)
1 env. unflavored gelatin
3 tbsp. water

Dissolve gelatin with water in saucepan over heat. Add mushroom soup, mix. Mix in bowl cream cheese, onions, celery, mayonnaise, then pour soup mixture over this. Then add crabmeat and mix. Put in mold and refrigerate overnight. Serve with crackers.
