CHERRY CHEESE CRUNCH 
2 c. granola, crushed
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling

Mix granola and butter thoroughly; reserve 2/3 cup. Press remaining granola mixture into ungreased 9 x 9 inch square pan.

Beat cream cheese in small mixer bowl until light and fluffy. Blend in milk gradually. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour over granola mixture in pan. Sprinkle reserved granola mixture over top. Refrigerate until firm - 3 to 4 hours. Top with pie filling.
