OVEN - BAKED BRISKET 
1 med. trimmed brisket

Marinate overnight (or several hours) in the seasonings below. Rub garlic salt over the brisket, then swab Figaro Sauce and Woody's smokey sauce thoroughly over both sides. Pour a small amount of Lea and Perrins over the above. Then set oven to preheat at 300 degrees. Place brisket (with about 1/2 of sauce seasoning in a cooking bag - holes punched in top), tie it tightly in roaster pan. Bake SLOWLY at 250 to 300 degrees for at least 4 hours.
