BAKED BRISKET 
3 or 4 lb. boneless brisket

Mix: 2 tsp. celery seeds 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. garlic salt 1 tsp. onion salt 2 tsp. black pepper 2 tsp. liquid smoke

Spread mixture on meat. Wrap in heavy foil and leave in refrigerator overnight. When ready to cook, turn meat over and add 1 cup barbecue sauce. Close foil wrapping and place in baking dish and bake 3 1/2 hours at 300 degrees. Open foil and bake 1 hour longer (basting). Slice across grain.
