ORANGE SHERBET 
14 1/2 oz. can evaporated skim milk, well chilled
2 tbsp. liquid artificial sweetener
6 oz. can unsweetened frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

Beat chilled evaporated skim milk until stiff. Gradually add liquid sweetener and thawed orange juice concentrate, blending well. Spoon into three 1 pint freezer cartons and freeze.

Makes 6 (1/2 cup) servings.
