KING RANCH CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 lb. chicken, cooked & cubed
1 sm. pkg. corn tortilla chips, broken into bit size pieces
2 c. grated cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. can tomatoes with green chili peppers
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 med. clove garlic
1 c. chopped onion

Layer chicken, tortilla chips and cheese in greased casserole dish; set aside. Combine soup, tomatoes, chicken broth, celery, garlic and onion in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Pour over chicken mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.
