ZUCCHINI PIZZA 
4 c. shredded zucchini
1 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
1 (6 oz.) pkg. pizza crust mix
2 eggs, beaten
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
4 oz. sliced pepperoni

In large skillet cook zucchini and onion in butter until tender. Add next 5 ingredients. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes or until most of the liquid is evaporated. Remove from heat; cool slightly. Prepare pizza crust according to package. Spray 12 inch pizza pan with Pam. Press dough into pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Combine eggs and cheese; stir in zucchini mixture. Spread on top of crust. Put pepperoni on top. Bake at 20-25 minutes or until cheese is golden.
