CAMP GOURMET BREAKFAST 
1/4 c. butter
4 c. unseasoned croutons
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. milk
8 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 lb. bacon, cooked & crumbled
A handful of onion tops, optional

Place butter in an 11 x 7 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish. Heat in 350 degree oven until melted. Remove from oven and pour croutons over butter. Sprinkle cheese over croutons; set aside.

Combine milk, eggs, mustard and onion tops. Pour egg mixture over cheese and sprinkle with bacon. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes. Let set at room temperature 5 minutes before serving. Serves 6-8 normal eaters.
