QUICK CAMP STEW | |
6 slices bacon 2 med. onions, chopped 2 lb. ground beef 1 (8 oz.) bottle Heinz catsup 2 c. cooked tomatoes 1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese Salt & pepper to taste Cook bacon until crisp. Add onions and cook until light brown. Add meat, catsup, salt, pepper and tomatoes. Cook until meat is done, about 20 minutes. Add shredded cheese and serve at once on rolls or bread. Yield 6-8 adult servings. |
