SWEET VIDALIA ONION SALAD 
3 c. thinly sliced Vidalia onions
1 lg. head lettuce, torn in bite-size pieces
8 hard-cooked eggs, sliced

Keep all ingredients separate.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. mustard
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Onion salt to taste
1/8 of a lemon
Pepper
Seasoned salt
2 tsp. white vinegar

Mix all ingredients together.

Make layers of salad by starting with 1/2 of the lettuce, 1/2 of the onion, then 1/2 of the eggs. Pour 1/2 of the dressing over the combination. Repeat the layers. Use the remaining dressing on top.

Cover and chill for 2 hours. Very good with steak and potatoes.
