CRANBERRY ORANGE RELISH 
2 lb. fresh cranberry
6 med. apples, cored
2 oranges
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 pkg. cherry gelatin
1 pkg. orange gelatin
1 c. boiling water
3 to 4 c. sugar

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Put all ingredients through blender (small amount at a time) until very finely ground. Store in refrigerator.
