CRANBERRY RELISH (Low Calorie) 
1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (3 oz.) pkg. sugar free cherry Jello
10 pkg. artificial sweetener
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. hot water
1 c. chopped celery
1 sm. orange, ground
1 c. ground cranberries
1 sm. apple, chopped

Drain crushed pineapple and save the juice. Dissolve Jello and sweetener in hot water. Use pineapple juice, lemon juice and enough water to make 1/2 a cup. Mix with Jello and sweetener. Chill until partially set. Add remaining ingredients. Chill until well set.
