FRUIT SALAD 
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges (reserve juice)
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks (reserve juice)
2 c. red seedless grapes
2 c. green seedless grapes
1 banana, sliced 1/4" thick

Combine juices and set aside. Place fruits in a large bowl together.

SAUCE:

1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. of reserved juice
1 egg

Combine above ingredients and cook in saucepan over medium heat. Cook 3 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly until thickened. Remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes. Mix with fruit. Chill and then serve.
