1 c. chopped dates
1 c. coconut
1/4 c. candied pineapple
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. butter
2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. chopped candied cherries
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Mix all together in 1 bowl. Pour into small cupcake pans and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
