PINEAPPLE MEATLOAF PIZZA 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. water
1 egg
1 1/2 tbsp. minced instant onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. basil, crushed
3/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can chunk pineapple
1 c. shredded cheese (Mozzarella or Cheddar)
1 tbsp. chopped parsley

Combine beef, bread, water, egg, onion, salt, pepper and basil. Mix well. Shape into 10-inch round pie plate. Build up edges 1/2 inch higher than center like a pie crust. Bake below oven center in 400 degree oven for 10 minutes. Drain off fat.

Stir in Italian herbs into tomato sauce and spread over meat. Drain pineapple and arrange on sauce. Sprinkle cheese over all. Bake 5 minutes longer. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve in wedges.
