PINEAPPLE CREAM PIE 
1 (9 in.) baked pie crust
2 1/2 c. milk
3 egg yolks, beaten
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. real vanilla extract
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. crushed pineapples, well drained
1 tbsp. butter

Combine milk, beaten egg yolks, sugar, vanilla, flour and butter. Cook over medium heat until thick. Remove from heat before boiling point. Fold in pineapples and pour into prepared pie crust. Top with meringue. Cool and ENJOY!!
