4 c. hot mashed potatoes
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 egg, well beaten
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped pimento (optional)
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Mix ingredients in order given. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
