HUNGARIAN SCHRAZY 
1 lb. thin round steak, cut in serving pieces
Chopped onion
Chopped green pepper
3/4 c. grated raw carrot
3 slices raw chopped bacon
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. boiling water

Pound some flour into steak and season with salt and pepper. Combine remaining ingredients except water. Place small amount on each piece of meat. Roll and tie securely with string. Brown in hot fat. Add water, cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Thicken stock for gravy. Remove string from meat rolls. Pour over gravy and serve.
