1 med. head cauliflower, sliced
1/4 c. onion, diced
1/3 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. ripe olives, sliced
1/3 c. stuffed olives, sliced

DRESSING:

1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1 tsp. sugar (or to taste)
Dash salt
1 tsp. prepared mustard

Mix dressing and beat well. Pour over vegetables and toss. Tuna or chicken may be added for a main dish.
