CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
1 head cauliflower, broken into sm. florets
1 c. sour cream with chives
1 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. Ranch salad dressing mix
1/3 c. white dry cooking wine
1 (7 oz.) jar pimentos, sliced
1/2 c. spinach olives, sliced

Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and cooking wine in a large bowl. Blend in salad dressing mix, pimentos, and olives. Mix well. Add cauliflower and mix thoroughly to coat florets. Refrigerate for at least one hour. Serves 6 to 8.

Variations: May add chopped onions, chopped hard boiled eggs and/or shredded cheese.
