CAULIFLOWER - OLIVE SALAD 
1 1/2-2 c. thinly sliced cauliflower florets
1/2 c. coarsely chopped black olives
1 jar (2 oz.) chopped pimento, drained
1/4 c. minced green onions
Pinch of marjoram or oregano
2 tbsp. red-wine vinegar
1/3 c. oil of your choice
Salt
Dash of hot pepper sauce
5 c. torn greens

Put first 7 ingredients in salad bowl; toss well and season with salt and pepper sauce. Just before serving, add greens and toss. Good with hamburgers. Makes 6 servings.
