STIR-FRIED CHICKEN WITH BROCCOLI 
1 lb. chicken, cut in 1x2 inch pieces
1 garlic clove, minced
A dash of black pepper
2 lg. onions cut lengthwise
1 head broccoli separated into flowerets

SAUCE:

1/3 c. chicken broth in 1/3 c. water
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. vinegar

Season meat with garlic, salt and pepper. Heat wok. Add 2 tablespoons of oil and saute onions until lightly brown (not done). Add broccoli and saute for 5 minutes. Combine meat and sauteed vegetable.

Add sauce mixture and continue to stir fry a few minutes until thicker, stirring slowly. Serve with hot rice or noodles.
