1 1/2 lb. stew meat, cut into bite-sized pieces 2 to 3 carrots, cut into bite-sized pieces 3 to 4 potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste 1 sm. can of tomato sauce Salt and pepper to taste 1 to 2 beef bouillon cubes Cook bite-sized pieces of meat for 1 to 2 hours in 6 to 8 cups of water. Add carrots, potatoes, tomato paste and sauce and bouillon cubes. Simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Add salt if needed. |
