SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked yellow squash
2 c. corn bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 stick butter
1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 hot pepper (opt.)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. grated cheese
1 med. onion, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, chopped

Melt butter. Add squash, bread crumbs, and rest of ingredients. Bake in casserole at 400 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
