ROLLED ROAST BEEF | |
Set oven for 325 degrees. Cook for 20 minutes per pound. Use heavy Dutch oven or wrap in aluminum foil. Use 1 medium onion per pound of meat. Season with Mrs. Dash, do not use any salt. Wrap meat and onions with seasoning in foil or place in cooking pot with lid. A slow oven makes the meat tender. There should be drippings for gravy if desired. |
