9 c. Rice Chex cereal
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. peanut butter
1/2 stick butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla

In 1 quart microwave bowl put chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter. Microwave for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Beat until smooth and stir in vanilla. Then put cereal in large bowl and pour chocolate mixture over cereal, stirring gently with wooden spoon or spatula. Then spread out on wax paper-lined cookie sheet and let set until almost dry (about 1 hour). Then take large plastic bag and put powdered sugar in bag. Then pour in Chex mix on cookie sheet and shake until well coated. Then store in sealed container and enjoy.
