DELUXE RICE CRISPY BARS 
2 c. Rice Crispy cereal
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. mini marshmallows
1 c. drained, halved maraschino cherries
1 c. pecan halves
3 family size Nestle Alpine white chocolate bars
2 tsp. solid vegetable shortening

Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray vegetable oil. In large bowl combine cereal, chocolate chips, marshmallows, cherries, and pecans; set aside.

In small heavy saucepan over very low heat, stir white chocolate and shortening until melted and smooth. Remove from heat. Pour chocolate mixture over cereal mixture in bowl. Stir gently to coat completely.

Press firmly and evenly into prepared 9x13 pan using greased fingers or waxed paper. Refrigerate 30 minutes until firm. Cut into bars.
