FREEZER TOMATO SAUCE 
20 lg. tomatoes, cut in 4
4 c. chopped onion
4 lg. carrots, grated
1/2 c. chopped parsley
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. salt
1 c. diced celery (optional)
2 sm. green peppers (optional)

Cook for 30 minutes. Blend in blender or food processor. Cool. Freeze in containers. May be used in soups, barbeque, casseroles, etc.
