CHICKEN SPECTACULAR 
3 c. cooked, diced white chicken, skinned
1 sm. pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® wild & long grain rice
2 c. drained French green beans (1 can)
1 can sliced water chestnuts, quarter each slice
1 can cream of celery soup
1 med. onion, chopped fine
Salt & pepper to taste
1 sm. jar pimiento
1 c. Hellmann's mayo

Cook rice per directions on box. Mix in bowl, pour in buttered casserole and bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees or freeze and bake longer to allow for thawing.
