BANANA SPLIT CAKE 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 stick butter, softened

Combine and press into a 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan or dish.

In a large bowl add:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1 c. milk
1 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. vanilla pudding mix

Mix with electric beater and pour over crust.

Add the following:

4-5 ripe bananas, sliced
1 c. crushed pecans or walnuts
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained

Top with a large package of Cool Whip then decorate with a small jar of maraschino cherries. Keep refrigerated.
