BANANA SPLIT CAKE | |
1 box yellow cake mix 1 lg. can crushed pineapple 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 sm. box vanilla pudding 1 c. coconut Chopped cherries 1/2 c. chopped pecans 2 c. sugar 1 lg. container non-dairy whipped topping Mix cake according to directions using milk instead of water. Bring to boil pineapple and sugar. When cake is done, punch holes in it and pour pineapple mixture over cake. Let stand for a while. Mix pudding according to box directions. Mix in a mixer with cream cheese. Spread over cake. Slice bananas evenly over cake then spread with topping. Sprinkle with nuts and coconut and cherries. |
