LORRAINES MACAROON PIE 
1 c. graham crackers, crushed
1/2 c. moist coconut
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
4 egg whites
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
Ice Cream

Combine graham cracker crumbs, coconut and nuts. Beat egg whites with salt and vanilla until foamy. Gradually add sugar and continue beating until it holds a peak. Fold graham cracker mixture into egg mixture. Spread in a greased pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool and top with ice cream.
