MACAROON PIE 
4 egg whites
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. graham crackers, crumbled up
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Beat egg whites stiff, adding salt as you beat and add vanilla and gradually sugar with baking powder mixed in. Fold in graham cracker crumbs, coconut and nuts. Pour into greased 10 inch pie plate and bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes. Top with whipped cream and nuts.
