VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 med. onion, chopped
1 stack Ritz crackers
1 stick melted butter

Cook vegetables until tender. Put in bottom of casserole. Mix celery, onion, cheese and mayonnaise. Put on top of mixed vegetables. Crumble crackers and mix with melted butter. Put on top of casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
