TEXAS BEAN BAKE 
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. diced onion
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1/4 c. diced celery
1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. chili seasoning mix
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (20 oz.) can red kidney beans, drained

Heat oil in skillet and saute beef, onions, green pepper and celery until vegetables are crisp and tender. Stir in seasoning mix, tomato sauce and beans. Bake in 1 1/2 quart casserole in preheated oven, 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Makes 4 servings.

To Cook In Microwave Oven: Combine beef, onions, green pepper and celery in 1 1/2 quart casserole and cook for 6 minutes or until crisp-tender, stirring twice. Stir in seasoning mix, tomato sauce and beans. Cook 5 minutes, turning casserole twice.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
