EIRLOSE COOKIES (EGGLESS
COOKIES)
 
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
1 c. milk
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
Flour (enough to make a light dough)

Mix together. Roll and cut and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until light brown (time depends on your oven).
