CHILI CON CARNE 
2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
4 onions, chopped
2 (12 oz.) cans tomatoes
2 cans kidney beans, drained (reserve liquid)
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. chili powder
3/4 tbsp. salt

Stir tomatoes and liquid from kidney beans, tomato sauce and seasonings. Heat until boiling. Reduce heat; simmer 1 hour and 15 minutes. Stir in beans; simmer, stirring occasionally, about 15 minutes or until desired consistency.
