SUGARED PECANS 
1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. white sugar
1 1/2 lb. shelled pecans

Boil together for 5 minutes the sour cream and sugar. Mix in the whole pecans and stir to coat. Spread nuts on waxed paper. When cool and firm, break apart to separate nuts. Store in tightly covered tin.
