SUGAR COATED PECANS 
3 c. pecans, toasted
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. water
1/4 c. canned milk

To toast pecans, turn oven to 450 degrees. When the oven light goes off, turn off oven. Put pecans in oven on cookie sheet. Leave pecans in oven 5 minutes or until toasted, do not over cook.

Place the other ingredients in saucepan. Cook on medium heat until mixture reaches soft ball stage. Put toasted pecans in mixture, stir until covered. Pour out on cookie sheet to cool.
