SOUR CREAM COATED PECANS 
1 lb. pecans
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Boil sugar and sour cream for 5 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add vanilla and pecans. Mix until coated. Spread on wax paper to cool and dry.
