SUGAR AND SPICE PECANS 
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg white
2 1/2 tbsp. water
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
8 c. pecan halves

Combine all ingredients except pecans in a large bowl; mix well. Add pecans. Stir until well coated. Spread in a well greased 10 x 15 x 1 inch pan. Bake at 275 degrees for 50-5 minutes. Remove to waxed paper while still warm. Cool. Store in airtight container.
