SPICED RUM PECAN PIE 
9" unbaked pie crust
4 eggs
1/4 c. spiced rum
1 1/2 c. dark corn syrup
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. pecans
Whipped cream (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 9 inch pie pan with crust. Beat eggs lightly in bowl; stir in corn syrup, butter and salt. Distribute pecans evenly in pie shell, pour filling evenly in pie shell. Bake about 45 minutes or until filling is set. Serves 8.
