FRUIT CATSUP 
10 ripe tomatoes
3 peaches
3 apples
1 green pepper
3 pears
3 onions
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. pickling spice wrapped in cheese cloth

Peel and chop up the tomatoes. Drain in a colander for at least 1 hour. Try to separate as many seeds as possible. Pare, seed and grind the peaches, apples, green peppers, pears and onions. Combine vegetables and fruit, with the sugar, vinegar and pickling spices in a stew pot.

1 (No. 2) can of drained peaches may be used if fresh peaches are not available.

Boil entire mixture 30 minutes to 1 hour, until done. Cool and pour into sterilized jars. Process may take longer if tomatoes are not well drained.
