CHEESE - N - BROCCOLI SOUP | |
10 oz. Green Giant broccoli in cheese sauce (frozen or leftovers) 2 tbsp. butter 1/4 c. finely chopped onion 2 tbsp. flour 1 tbsp. parsley flakes 1 chicken bouillon cube 1/8 tsp. garlic powder 1 c. water 1/2 c. milk In medium saucepan, melt butter. Saute onion in butter until tender. Stir in flour, parsley flakes, bouillon and garlic powder until well blended. Add water and milk. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Stir in cooked broccoli. |
