MIXTURE 1:

1 pkg. yellow butter cake mix (Duncan Hines)
1 stick butter, melted
2 eggs

Mix in mixer and press in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan.

MIXTURE 2:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Mix ingredients and pour over top of first mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes until brown. Take out of oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
