7 LAYER JELLO 
3 oz. lime Jello
3 oz. orange Jello
3 oz. lemon Jello
3 oz. strawberry Jello
2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 packets unflavored gelatin
1 pt. sour cream

Lightly grease a 9 x 12 x 2 inch metal cake pan. Dissolve each of the Jellos separately. Mix Jello with 1 cup boiling water and 1/2 cup cold water. Starting with lime Jello, let set until firm. Then add layer of milk and sour cream filling (approximately 1 1/2 cups each layer). Set until firm, then layer of orange jello, etc. Leave all Jellos and milk-sour cream mixture at room temperature until used.

SOUR CREAM & MILK FILLING:

Boil 2 cups milk and add sugar. Stir until dissolved. Mix vanilla and unflavored gelatin to a 1/2 cup of cold water. Add to milk mixture. Cool slightly and beat in 1 pint of sour cream.
