CRISPY CEREAL COOKIES 
1 c. butter, softened
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
3/4 c. chopped dates
2 oz. instant pudding
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. oats
1 c. oatmeal crisp
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. coconut (optional)
1 tbsp. peanut butter (optional)
12 oz. chocolate chips (optional)

Mix all ingredients together. Drop by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees until lightly browned on top. Let cool and enjoy.
