VEGETABLE HOT DISH 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1 can dried onion rings
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. mild Cheddar cheese (shredded)

Butter a 9x13 inch cake pan. Place cheese on bottom. Cook vegetables 5 minutes; drain and put vegetables over cheese. Mix soup and milk together and pour over vegetables. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Put onion rings on top and bake another 10 minutes. (Can use fresh broccoli and cauliflower, but cook it until tender first.)
