VANILICE 
6 c. flour
5 egg yolks
1 c. white wine
1 c. milk
1 pkg. yeast
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. whiskey
1 tbsp. lard

Add everything in and stir well. (750 milligrams lard) Spread dough out and spread lard over dough and then fold it over. Repeat this 2 more times, spreading the dough out. When this is done, refrigerate for approximately 30 minutes. Spread dough out again and spread lard over as done earlier. Repeat this two more times, spreading the dough out.

Then cut dough out in approximately 2" squares, add some jelly in middle and fold and put on cookie tray. Preheat oven at 350 degrees and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until cookies brown. Can sprinkle cookies with sugar or roll them in sugar when done.
