HAM STUFFED POTATOES 
6 baking potatoes, 5 inches long
1 c. ham (diced)
1/4 c. green pepper
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/4 c. sour cream
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Bake potatoes 1 hour at 400 degrees. Cut off top. Scoop out potato and mix with remaining ingredients. Top with cheese.
